The staff were incredibly helpful and provided excellent assistance throughout my visit. the breakfast they offered was absolutely amazing, with a wide variety of delicious options. the location of the hotel was perfect for exploring the city. the rooms were clean, modern, and well-maintained. it was a fantastic experience. Cons: No issues at all with my stay at Swissotel. 🚫.

Comfortable bed, truly enjoyed good setting.

Europa center was quite close and to Kurfurstendamm subway station you can get within 5 minutes walk. It took only 10 minutes walk to get to kurfurstendamm...

The breakfast room, location is good for shopping, Cristopher who advised us about the restaurants and parties (especially nice for our kids) underground nearby

lobby/bar was not as warm/cosy as I thought

As a woman traveling alone, I felt very safe and comfortable at this hotel. the staff were extremely friendly and helpful, always giving great suggestions on places to visit and how to get there.

I felt very at home and had no complaints at all about my stay at this hotel.

At such a high level hotel there should be free Internet and free brekfast.

The position is perfect to visit Berlin, it is very close the underground, the staff is polite and it's a very nice place to stay

The bed was a quite hard for me and it was a little bit unconfortable to sleep, the hotel doesn't offer you tea or chocolate for the nespresso machine

I had a great stay at Swissotel Berlin. The room was clean and well-appointed, with all the amenities I needed. The location was excellent, within walking distance of train stations and attractions like the Kaiser Wilhelm Church. The staff was friendly and spoke excellent English. The hotel's sun terrace was a nice spot to relax. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Lovely view over Ku'damm

Friendly and helpful staff - the service was even a little too overwhelming for my taste:) Great location, near the shops, restaurants and metro/train. Excellent breakfast, quite expensive though, but definitely worth it. Clean rooms. Ironing possibility in the room!

Not exactly a cosy hotel. Design and very businesslike. Restaurant was quite nice though.

I always return for the great staff, helpful with taxi numbers. This place suits me: Wi-Fi, gym, TV, kettle, pets. Coming back for Easter! 🐰

Reception staff is excellent.

Concierge was not enough helpful, unfortunately. In addition, its fitness center is not well enough as a five (5) star hotel.

The service is always very consistant.

This hotel is located in a great area, just a short walk from the main shopping district, and right across the street from the U, Bahn station. the hotel's on, site restaurant is top, notch, and there are plenty of other great options nearby. Rooms are modern and well, appointed, with comfortable beds and nice amenities. the breakfast is extensive, including a good selection of hot and cold items.

It can be a bit of a hassle to get to the lobby from the street, as there are two different elevators needed.

Good service, top location

The elevators: first, the hotel is located on the 3rd floor, you always need 2 elevators to get in or out ur room. 1 to lobby, 1 to room floor. And there are not enough to room floor so at check out time you wait forever.

The Swissôtel Berlin has fantastic staff and is in a great location.
